This is an A&A (Additions and Alterations) project adding a second storey to an existing JTC Standard Factory located in the Tuas industrial area. The work is being executed by TGW Construction Pte Ltd, in collaboration with registered engineers and consultants. It has proper approval and is monitored under relevant Singapore regulatory agencies (MOM, NEA, BCA).

The scope involves adding a new 2nd storey to an already existing factory structure. Such projects are common in industrial estates when the owner wants to increase usable floor space without reconstructing the whole building.
