    Mr. Wong is the visionary behind the company, bringing decades of industry experience. As the founder, he provides strategic direction, oversees overall business development, and ensures the company maintains high standards in quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

  • Mr. Rupan Kumar

    Project manager
    Mr. Rupan is the Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction and facility maintenance projects from start to finish. He ensures that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Mr. Rupan works closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage schedules, resources, and progress milestones. He also conducts regular site inspections, oversees quality control, and handles client communication to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. His leadership and attention to detail play a critical role in the successful execution of every project under his charge.

    Mr. Satishwaran is a Project Manager overseeing the execution and delivery of construction and maintenance projects.     Quality Surveyor
    Mr. Edmund serves as the Quantity Surveyor, responsible for managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency across all construction and maintenance works. He oversees budgeting, cost estimation, material take offs, and tender submissions, working closely with the operations and site teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost control. Mr. Edmund also handles progress claims, variation orders, and contract administration to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and according to contractual terms. His expertise helps maintain the financial stability and profitability of the company’s ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Mr. Aung

    Facility Manager
    Aung will be in charge of facility maintenance and will oversee all our facility related works at the JLTBRE project site.
    He will ensure everything runs smoothly on site including regular inspections, coordination with the ground team, and prompt resolution of any issues.
    For any site related matters, please contact Aung directly. He will attend to them immediately and ensure all issues are rectified properly and without delay.

    Sales Director
    Mr. Alex serves as the Sales Director in the construction industry, where he is responsible for driving business growth by securing new projects and maintaining strong client relationships. He actively engages with property developers, MCSTs, real estate agents, and corporate clients to understand their construction and facility maintenance needs. From landed house renovations to A&A works and commercial upgrades, Mr. Alex oversees the entire sales process — from conducting site visits and preparing quotations to negotiating contracts and closing deals. His role is crucial in ensuring a steady flow of quality projects while working closely with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

She is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, work pass applications, and maintaining proper documentation for all employees. Ms. Abinaya also handles staff welfare, dormitory arrangements, and MOM related matters to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements. With a strong focus on supporting both office and site teams, she plays a key role in building a reliable and compliant workforce that supports the company’s operations and growth.

    Mr. Ramesh is a highly experienced Senior Site Supervisor with a solid track record in Singapore’s construction industry since 1998. With over two decades of hands on site management experience, he is well versed in supervising all types of building and A&A works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Mr. Ramesh is responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing workers and subcontractors, and resolving on site issues promptly. His deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and commitment to safety make him an invaluable asset to every project he oversees.
