Scope of Works:

3-Phase Electrical Upgrade
Installation of new 3-phase supply to accommodate modern load requirements. Included new main switchboard setup, rewiring, MCB installations, and lightning protection grounding.

Structural Works
Structural reinforcements to beams and slabs, masonry works, and reconfiguration of load-bearing elements to support new interior layouts.

Ceiling Works
Complete removal and reinstallation of false ceilings, including concealed lighting trays, access panels, and soundproofing where required.

Carpentry
Custom-made kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity units, and feature wall panels designed and fabricated in-house for seamless integration.

Lighting & Fittings
Installation of modern lighting systems including LED downlights, ambient strip lights, sensor lighting in wet areas, and decorative fixtures.

Interior & Architectural Design
Full interior design service with 3D visualizations, material selection, layout optimization, and contemporary theme execution.

Mechanical & Plumbing Works
Complete replacement of cold and hot water piping, installation of sanitary wares, toilet bowl and basin relocation, and integration with new bathroom designs.

Switchboard Installation
Supply and installation of a new electrical switchboard, with zoning for lighting, power sockets, aircon, and heater units fully tested and certified.

Tiling Works
Laying of premium floor and wall tiles in bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Screeding, waterproofing, and tile alignment handled by skilled tilers.

Painting & Finishing
Full surface preparation and repainting using high-quality washable interior paints. All finishes included skirting, cornices, varnishing, and sealants.
