Scope: Facility Maintenance & Major A&A Works
Client: JLL (on behalf of Agilent Technologies Singapore)
TGW Construction is proud to support Agilent Technologies Singapore as an appointed vendor under JLL Facilities Management. Our role spans both ongoing facility maintenance and execution of major Addition & Alteration (A&A) works across the site.
We provide full time on-site technicians and responsive support teams to manage the daily operational needs of the building. Our responsibilities include:
Electrical & plumbing troubleshooting
Aircon servicing and minor HVAC repairs
General repair works (walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures)
Preventive maintenance scheduling
On-demand dispatch for urgent issues
In addition to daily maintenance, TGW handles structural and layout upgrades within the premises. This includes:
Partitioning works for space reconfiguration
Door, wall, and M&E relocation
Custom modification of labs, office areas, and technical zones
Compliance based upgrades following JLL/Agilent standards
We maintain a close working relationship with both the JLL site team and Agilent end users, ensuring minimal disruption, fast turnaround, and complete regulatory compliance.
